This policy explains what information DailyDebtSolution collects on request.dailydebtsolution.com, what we do with it, who we share it with and the choices you have. DailyDebtSolution is a brand of Bedford Media Group LLC, 67 West Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222 ("we", "us"). Questions: contact@dailydebtsolution.com.
The short version
- You give us information so we can try to match your loan request with lenders.
- We pass your request to lending partners, and they pay us when they receive it. Under some state privacy laws that counts as selling personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share.
- Lenders and their partners may check your information with consumer reporting agencies, including a credit check if you authorize it.
- We only call or text you if you tick the box that allows it, and you can stop at any time.
What we collect
What you enter in the form
- Contact details: name, email, phone numbers, home address and how long you've lived there.
- Identity details: date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license or state ID number and issuing state.
- Work and income: income source, employer, job title, time at your job, monthly income, pay schedule and pay dates, and whether you're paid by direct deposit.
- Bank details: bank name, routing number, account number, account type and how long you've had the account.
- Your request: loan amount and reason, and answers about your credit, debts, home and car.
- Your choices: whether you agreed to calls and texts and whether you authorized a credit check.
What we collect automatically
- Your IP address and browser details.
- A TrustedForm certificate, a record of your visit made by ActiveProspect that shows the consent language you saw, what you agreed to and the mobile number you gave. It doesn't record your Social Security number, date of birth, license or bank details.
- Marketing source details from the link you followed, such as an advertiser click ID and campaign codes, kept in a cookie for 30 days.
How we use it
- To match your request with lenders and lending partners who may be able to help.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
- To keep a record of the consents you gave.
- To contact you about your request and related offers, if you agreed.
- To measure which marketing works. Only the click ID and the sale amount go to our marketing tracking system, never your name, contact details or financial details.
- To meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
- Our lead distribution platform, which receives your request and routes it to lending partners.
- Lead buyers and lending partners, such as TruePath Leads, and the lenders and lending networks they work with. They use your information to decide whether to offer you a loan and may contact you. Their own privacy policies apply once they have it.
- Consumer reporting and verification companies, such as Experian, Clarity, Teletrack, DataX or Accurint, used by lenders to verify your identity and review your request.
- Service providers that run this site for us, such as our hosting provider and TrustedForm. A ZIP code lookup service receives only the ZIP code you enter.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer of our business, if the business or this brand is sold.
The information you enter isn't a loan application. Any lender you're connected with will ask you to apply with them.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We're paid when we pass your request to lending partners, so under California law and some other state laws we "sell" personal information. Submitting the form is how you ask us to pass on your request. After that, you can tell us not to sell or share your information again.
To opt out, email contact@dailydebtsolution.com with "Do Not Sell" in the subject, and include the email address and phone number you used. Information already passed to a lender stays subject to that lender's privacy policy, so contact them as well if you want them to stop.
We don't place advertising cookies on this site.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we used it and who we shared it with;
- get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions;
- opt out of its sale or sharing;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
We only use sensitive information, such as your Social Security number and bank details, to provide the service you asked for.
To make a request, email contact@dailydebtsolution.com. We'll check that the request comes from you, usually by matching details you gave us, and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission.
Calls, texts and emails
We and our lending partners only call or text you if you ticked the box that allows it. Agreeing isn't a condition of getting a loan. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping consent records and meeting legal and tax requirements. This site doesn't store your Social Security number or bank details after passing your request to our lead distribution platform.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to stored information is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
This site is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email contact@dailydebtsolution.com and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Changes apply to information collected after that date.
