These terms apply to your use of request.dailydebtsolution.com, run by Bedford Media Group LLC, 67 West Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222 ("DailyDebtSolution", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the service is
DailyDebtSolution is a free service that passes your loan request to lenders and lending partners who may be able to help. We aren't a lender, a loan broker or an agent of either. We don't make loans or credit decisions, and we don't guarantee that you'll be matched, approved or offered any amount, rate or term. Lenders pay us when they receive requests.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18, a US resident and able to enter a binding contract. The service isn't available to residents of New York or West Virginia, and lenders may not lend in every state or at every amount.
Your information
- You agree to give true, complete and current information about yourself, and only your own.
- You authorize us to share it with lenders, lending partners and the companies they use to verify it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If you tick the credit check box, you authorize lenders and lending partners to get consumer reports about you to review your request.
- If you tick the calls and texts box, you agree to be contacted as described next to that box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Lenders and other sites
If you're matched, you may be sent to a lender's or partner's website. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and any loan is between you and the lender. Read the lender's terms carefully before you accept an offer. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, offers or decisions.
Electronic communications
You agree to receive notices and records from us electronically, as set out in our E-Consent.
Using the site
Don't use the site to submit someone else's information, to submit false information, to interfere with the site or to collect information about other users. We may block access if you do.
Our content
The site's content and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use only.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error free.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the site or service, or for any lender's actions or decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Your responsibility
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by false information you submit or by your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here. The version in place when you use the site applies.
